About the Artist

Sophie Bracewell

Sophie is a California-based artist and designer from Memphis, Tennessee. She received her BFA from the Lamar Dodd School of Art at the University of Georgia and currently resides with her family in Marin County.

After beginning her career at an art gallery in San Francisco, Sophie spent a decade in the tech industry before returning to her creative roots following the birth of her daughter in 2022.

She is now taking on a variety of creative projects from brand and website design, to custom illustration and pattern design, in addition to her fine art practice. Her work is informed by a classical art education, paired with a strong background in design. 

Sophie is represented online by Well + Wonder Artist Collective and has been featured in design publications and retailers including Rue Magazine and Serena & Lily.
